just got 8 cartridges from kodak, as a replacement for the 4 bad ones i didn't even have to send in. :-) so, i'm really happy, but can i trust the ones i got? i know somebody posted the "good" numbers before, but the search function is fukced up, so i can't find it. my new carts expire 03/2004 and the batch number, or whatever, is 3631 7769.

    thanks,
    matt

    Question

Hey Mattias, how did you get your cartridges replaced, did you call a rep. yourself, send a letter? I already had one bad cart. and am sure that Im going to have problems with some of the batch I have left.

    Exclamation

i called my "personal contact person" and told her about the problem. she found my order of ten rolls in the computer, asked how many there had been a problem with, and said the new ones were on their way. this was "kodak entertainment imaging" in sweden though, which is a pretty small company, and since i buy 16mm stock from them too on a regular basis i guess they felt they had to be nice to me. ;-)
